A puppy who tries so hard to be good that you almost want to console him when he messes up because he looks so heartbroken.
A puppy that tosses his toys up in the air and then ducks to the side so they don't hit him on the head.
A puppy who when his ears perk up, sometimes one flops over the top of his head like a little puppy comb-over.
A puppy who bounces neatly in place like he's on a trampoline. (This will be hilarious when he weighs 150 lbs.)
A puppy who had to wait for confirmation from me that it would be ok to step off our lawn.
A puppy who is fast becoming convinced his name is PUPPY!
A puppy who bats his toys around the floor like a cat.
A puppy who actually tried to crawl underneath my butt in the vet's waiting room, for comfort.
A leaning, facing licking, lovey-dovey snugglybear of a puppy.

He's almost doubled in weight in the last month.
And I'm sure he'd give you more Eskimo kisses than you could handle.
