We snuggled and giggled and Nick made smoothies which tasted just the way christmas trees smell, in a good way, and I soaked up all the love.
And then we took a bike ride.
That's it. That's pretty much all we did.
It was glorious.
And now he's gone.
All week.

And I'll miss him even more than Dulce will.

Ah! The simplest, unplanned days are the best, aren't they? Sorry he'll be gone for a week. Just imagine the joy when he gets home! Enjoy!
