Happiness is ......

......... when near the end of a long hot bike ride, when you're waiting at an intersection, and you're looking at a house you like but can't afford, and maybe you're frowning a bit, because a lady in red Ford Focus next to you calls out, "Smile!" and you turn and can't help but smile at her, and she says "Think happy thoughts!" and then the light turns green and she shouts "Lets race!" and you pretend to try, and as you fall back laughing, Nick flies past you and actually almost catches her, and by the time you catch back up at the next light, you ARE both smiling and thinking happy thoughts.
