Was this an issue with a previous tenant? Some evil scientist growing a race of huge cats in the downstairs bedroom/evil lair/lab?
And I'm not sure if that means that each cat has to be under 50 lbs, like could you have two 45 lbs cats? Or just 50 lbs worth of cats total?
Considering that both my two cats together are about 17 lbs, I have a hard time even picturing it either way.
Either way, that's a lot of cat.
