Back to the Sugar Plum Spice. Really great stuff, appears to be addictive.

Well, depends on how far you are willing to go. At most decent grocery stores (I don't know if you have a Vons or Trader Joes) you can get your basics. Echinacea tea is usually available in heath or drug stores, but while you are there, look for Goldenseal herb tea. Harder to find, but better for a cold. Drink it with honey. If you can't find the tea, get it in vitamin form. Or grow your own, it's fairly easy to grow. Then dry the leaves and crush them. While we're on the subject of growing tea plants, have you planted mint? Instant gratification tea. The mecca of teas to me, is Chinatown in San Fransisco. The less English writing on the box, the better it is. The Sugar Plum Spice I'm drinking now is just by Celestial Seasonings, and is available in the Christmas season.

i had a feeling it was you. we have some health stores here, and organic places. maybe there. thank you for the info. i've heard tea plants are hard to grow. i can't wait til i have my own house & garden. i've never really been into plants, but the last few years all that i have wanted to do is work in my own garden. make walkways, walls, flowerbeds, herb gardens, butterfly gardens, trees and vines! oh well, enjoy what little of the wednesday workday you have left. and thanks again!
